At Thanksgiving, gratitude is on our minds and it is a topic close to my heart, not just then but all year. I honestly have experienced a daily gratitude practice as being one of the key habits in transforming my health and that of my clients.
I start my day thinking about what I feel and see grateful for as I walk my dog and do a few gratitude notes when I am having breakfast, which is often homemade granola with greek yogurt, fruit and coffee.
